We understand that sometimes life throws hurdles and things don’t go to plan. We endeavour to provide flexible solutions when you can’t attend your training course, but we also know sometimes you just need to cancel.
There is a lot of preparation that goes into providing excellent training for you on your training day! To ensure the smooth running of our courses and reasonable access for all of our Enchanted Family, any cancellation is subject to the following conditions.
You can attend on an alternative date as long as you let us know at least 7 days before your original Course date. If the cancellation by you is due to change of mind and you no longer wish to participate in the course, a $200 booking fee is non-refundable on all deposits for cancelled bookings. Fees paid in advance will be refunded, minus the $200.00 Booking Fee, provided the student has not logged on to the website and accessed the online course content. All digital products are deemed ‘used’ once downloaded or opened. No refunds will be given once the online program has been accessed.
