• I accept full responsibility for accounts rendered by Enchanted Beauty Institute and any additional payment plans I add through EBI for courses or products will also be covered by this agreement.
• I understand it is my responsibility to ensure the funds are in my account listed from 12.01am on the dates specified.
• I understand EBI are kindly providing me with an interest free payment plan and if I miss a payment I will cause them accounting fees and admin fees which is why I will be charged late fees of $20 If I change my mind and wish to move to a different payment date/day a $50 date change fee applies due to the administration costs involved to change this financial contract.
• If after 7 days from initial failed payment my account has not been settled I give permission for EBI to to manually take payment to cover my failed payment plus the late payment admin fee or $20 from the card details entered above.
• If this manual transaction fails I understand that EBI will then reserve the right to commence legal proceeding to recover the debt. Legal action may result in the possibility of having to pay legal costs, interest and could impact on my credit history.
• I am fully aware that all monies owed will need to be repaid even if I decide that I do not complete the course.
• I understand that it is an automatic system and any over due payments may all come out at the same time.
• I understand that if at any time I wish to settle my payment plan, I can do so without incurring any fees.
